Download Page (Updated 4/1/08)This is the place where I will present interesting files for download.
To download the files, perform these steps:
1) Right-click on the link.
2) From the menu, select SAVE AS.
3) Select which folder to store the file on your hard disk drive.
4) "Unzip" the Excel file.
5) Run Excel and load the file.
Performance Data (Updated 2/7/08) This Excel file shows both nominal and inflation-adjusted returns for the S&P 500, Small Stocks, Intermediate-Term Government Bonds and 90-Day Treasury Bills from any period from 1926 to 2007. You may vary the asset allocation and view returns resulting from both rebalancing and without rebalancing.

Rolling Returns (Updated 2/11/08) This Excel file shows a bar chart with the returns for the S&P 500, Intermediate-Term Government Bonds and 90-Day Treasury Bills. You may vary the annualized returns from 1 to 30 years. Returns can be displayed in nominal values or inflation-adjusted (real) values. Another bar chart shows the annualized inflation rate for rolling periods. Data is from 1926 to 2007.
